Hi, I'm George. Unlike many trainers, my journey didn't start on the sports field. I wasn't the high school athlete or a former pro. But what I do have is 15+ years of real­world training experience, a reputation for excellence, and an unrelenting passion for helping others reach their goals.

My expertise spans CrossFit, strength and conditioning, marathon training, and personal training workshops. Over the years, I've developed a results-driven approach, tailored specifically for high ­performing professionals who demand more from their health and fitness.

My specialties are fat loss (up to 1.5 kg per week), muscle building with evidence-based strength programs, optimizing energy levels, sleep, and stress and simplifying nutrition for sustainable success.
